Creating a new pathway window

  • From the "File" menu, select "New window".
  • A new pathway window will be created, leaving you a blank canvas on which to place nodes and draw process edges.

Switching between pathway windows

You can move, iconify, and restore pathway windows like any other windows on your computer.

If you have many windows open, you can quickly bring a pathway window to the front:

  • From the "Window" menu, select the name of the window you want to bring to the front.

Closing a pathway window

  • From the "File" menu, select "Close". If the file you are working on needs to be saved, you will be prompted to save it.

On Windows and Linux, when you close the last pathway window, the application quits.

On Mac OSX, you may close all of the pathway windows without quiting the application.
